Does it wake up when you hit 4k? Mine was doing that and it was because the sensor next to the thermostat that sends temperature to the ECU was going bad, but wasn’t bad enough to throw the code. It only throws the code if the signal’s cut entirely. Replaced that and it’s been fine. Alternatively, this is where bubbles tend to form if it’s not been bled correctly, so it could be that. The sensor is a cheap part on rockauto and really easy to replace (It’s the one with the green plug) . Mine only has one accessory belt, but I don’t know if the ones with AC had another belt for the pulley. I don’t even know where another belt would be able to attach apart from at the crank, and the crank pulley’s second slot is for the supercharger.

It did have old fuel in the car that the previous owner tried to run thru it. I tired the Italian tune up by putting new gas in plus fuel injector cleaner / fuel stabilizer. I should put seafoam in it. I’ll check that out.
